Underground Fire Hydrant to BS750 Type 1 TYPE 1 (usually fitted at the end of a water supply pipeline) ----------- * The type 1 fire hydrant conforms fully to BS 750. * Outlet sealed by ' O ' ring. * Standard outlet 2.5" BSRT male in GM (plastic available as an option). * Ductile Iron duckfoot, plascoat coated. * Fusion bonded epoxy gate valve. * Twin stem seals. * Inlet flange of valve & duckfoot: 80mm BS4504 NP16. Studded flange convertors are available for other flange drilling tables. * Test Pressure: Body 24 barg. Seat 16 barg. Working 16 barg. * Available as an option with an auto frost valve.
